Project 365 February 15th thru 24th

February 15th
Lucy had her Valentine Party at school today.  A friend of mine did her daughter's hair this way and posted it on facebook, I glady copied it!

February 16th
Little Mr. Camera ham!  As soon as I got the camera out he started flashing me smiles, I got about 2O good shots that day.

February 17th
I recently used my Cricut to make all the fruits of the spirit to hang up in the kitchen.  I love how it turned out.

February 18th
Cooper, happy to be out of the car, and on the ground at his godparents house in Missouri

February 19th
Barbie, Cooper's godmother, hates pictures, but I had to take this candid one of her and Cooper.  He snuggled up for the evening in her arms and it was so cute how he had his hand on hers.

February 2Oth
If you've known us for awhile, you know how much we love Ted Drewes, so not just one stop but two was required on our trip thru St. Louis.  At least it was on two different days (:  Timmy did inquire about why they don't have Ted Drewes everywhere.

February 21st
Cooper was good thru all the driving except the last 2 or so hours...then he pretty much screamed.  This was my attempt at distracting him with food and the camera.  It failed.

February 22nd
I love taking pictures of the little funny things that I encounter around the house.  This is done by Lucy.  Her little Kai Lan doll is "sleeping" under Timmy's dirty pajamas.

February 23rd
Meat and Beans have long been a favorite of Lucy.  I wasn't particularly excited about the black beans I had made with our dinner.  I love black beans in things...but not so much alone.  Lucy ate enough of them to cover all of us.  Her face was covered in black bean goop afterwards.

February 24th
Another month, another scrapbooking kit review.  My favorite layout was this one.  The doilies were actually part of the packaging for some flowers in the kit.  It was too cute, not to use.

Project 365 February 5th thru February 14th

 February 5th
We found organic baby food for 28 cents for each two pack.  We came home with 98 packages of it.  It's not anywhere near expiring, Walmart was just clearing them out.  Cooper is set!

February 6th
Timmy watching the Superbowl and chatting about football with our friend Jan

February 7th
Yup, it's the day after the big game and we've got one happy Big G's fan!

February 8th
This is how tall the drifts are in front of our house, still...

 February 9th
Cooper works hard these days, crawling and playing all over our family room.  Apparently he got tired because I looked down at him and he was sound asleep on the floor.  Too cute not to take a picture!

February 1Oth
Saw this shirt at Old Navy and HAD to have it for my Lucy.

February 11th
I wanted a treat for my kids that would be performing in the recital this weekend.  I ended up making them little rice krispy treats and attaching a note that says "You are a treat to teach."

February 12th
Lucy was invited to join me at a Wedding Shower.  I remember always going to those with my mom, so I was excited she got to come too.  We had fun and she won a prize.  She is quite proud of using her lotion and hand sanitizer...pretty sure there are no germs on that child (:

February 13th
Timmy had his first piano recital today.  He played "Partners at C" and he did fabulous.

 February 14th
I've worked the last two days so our Valentines celebrations were pretty low key.  Instead I want to remember today for being the first day Cooper really started crawling.  He's somewhere between the army crawl and full blown up on his knees crawl.  He's very fast and spent the evening going between trying to get my laptop, the remote, and the cell phone.

Project 365 January 26th thru February 4th

January 26th
Poor Lucy, this flu is really taking her down :(

January 27th
Cooper is pretty funny about food.  He eats pretty much everything but is totally indifferent to all of it.  Haven't found anything that he clearly loves or hates yet!  We have found that he has got to have prunes, pears, or juice almost daily...not fun :(

January 28th
We've always had an exersaucer but Cooper is a little bouncer.  So I asked to borrow a Jumparoo from a friend.  Cooper just stared me down as I cleaned it, I thought it was pretty cute how anxious he was to get into that thing!

January 29th
Created a new blog called "Growing HIS Kids"  It's a devotional site for moms, I'm the organizer but not the only writer...one of the best things about it is that I am getting to work with many of my closest friends on it.  This picture is the header for the blog and is my and Timmy's hands.

January 3Oth
 Just my two silly boys

January 31st
Our breakfast routine is often a little nutsy.  There are two reasons for that 1: I am not a morning person, at all.  I am not grumpy, I just don't want to be awake, so I move slow slow slow.  2:  Three kids all awake and full of energy is just insane (:

February 1st
Today we learned that it only takes about an hour of snow from a blizzard to have enough snow for snow ice cream.  I put a huge 2 gallon bowl out and an hour later it was ready to go.

February 2nd
We made it thru our first blizzard.  I was overly prepared for a loss of power etc...and am thankful we didn't have a need for any of that prep.  I think the 94 earthquake made me well aware of what kinds of things you will need if you are without power for a few days.  Of course after the earthquake we slept outside in a tent...don't think that would have been the way to go this time around (:  This is a shot of our buried car and side door...Messes like this make me incredibly grateful for our awesome members who help dig us out with their plows!

February 3rd
This is what it looked like outside our front door.  Amazing!

February 4th
Timmy lost his first tooth today!  It fell out while he was playing at recess.  He was very excited and called a bunch of family members to tell them.
