The kids both really enjoyed the California weather and the fact that they could play outside. One of their favorite things was being able to play in the dirt in Grandpa's garden. I've never seen Lucy concentrate so hard on one activity. Although I love winter--this makes me eager for spring

Love the photos! And I love Texas! :) I know you're in CA in those photos, but hey, very similar in weather at the moment.
