He's Three!

  

How to describe this little guy at three?  He has dimples and a smile that light up a room.  He has never met a stranger and will chat with people everywhere he goes.  He is physically strong and wows me daily with the things he can do.  He speaks but not very clearly and often just in a word or two instead of a sentence.  If you aren't around him a lot it can be hard to know what he is saying.  Although he went thru phases of enjoying tv shows like Oswald and Dora he really doesn't like to watch tv.  He loves to play cars and ball.  He loves Lightning McQueen and the Super Mario characters.  He also went thri a phase of loving to play MarioKart with Timmy.  He is generally happiest when he is alongside another person playing or "helping."  He is doing well with potty training, not completely there yet, but close!  He is very compassionate and gives great hugs.  He often gets up first in the morning and you can find him laying on the floor playing cars (desite the fact that he knows how to turn on and run the tv).  He doesn't eat great, mostly because he doesn't sit still long enough.  When he does eat he loves pizza, mac n cheese, cucumbers, carrots, turkey, and graham crackers.  He also loves to join me for our bowl of Life...when he sees me pouring it he runs to grab a spoon and we share a bowl.  He has enjoyed swimming lots this summer.  He loves to make people laugh and will do just about anything for a laugh.  He called Timmy "Ben" for most of the year...mostly because it made people laugh.  He loves to jump off things.  He can often be found outside playing or on his way in ringing the doorbell.  Nine times out of ten he wakes Bo up from his naps.  He calls Dinosaurs, Monsters, and Lions all lions because they all "roar". He calls Boaz - Boses and Lucy is "sissy"  My favorite time of day with him is bedtime.  He usually goes to bed easy and without a big fuss.  He is beyond cute singing his bedtime prayer.
